Signing up doesn't give you access on its own, unless you came here via an invite link — otherwise, an admin from your department needs to add your email to the team afterwards.
You're signed in, but you're not part of any department yet. Ask your department's admin to add your email in their team panel — or, if your department hasn't been set up yet, contact Master the Map to get it created.
